Notes for Philemon ELMER

Philemon Elmer was the first physician in Westfield. He lived where
Dr. Harrison now resides. He was a surgeon in the Revolutionary Army
and settled in Westfield after the war. Married 1st Mary, daughter of
Ephraim Marsh; married 2nd Catharine Slight; married 3rd Elizabeth,
widow of Charles Clark.
